Asked for a bubble tea. Service was nice and fast. Server was really kind. Bubble tea was decent.
Poor ability to serve English speaking customers. Was able to order by pointing to the menu and saying the key words. It seemed to have gone through as the cashier repeated back. We had ordered two bubble teas and a burger. We got our drinks - average tasting - But our burger never came. We checked in with the cashier and she didn’t seem to be able to answer us but pointed to the airfrier and said burger. We assumed that it was still cooking. Waited longer but nothing was served. Ended up just leaving. Quite disappointing. Poor service.
We were all impressed by their mango smoothie. The service was great too. It was a great random walk-by visit.
Really good food, the lady is so kind. I had left my wallet at home and she was really understanding. She makes great food and you can tell the ingredients are fresh!
Incredible spot, ever since me and my roommate discovered it last year, it truly became our go to. The food is amazing (they now have specialized restaurant called Pho Rachel), their drinks are delicious and refreshing, and the two owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this enough! ❤️
Best bubble tea in the area. Affordable and very tasty
Staff is very polite, helpful and caring for the customer! the tea is great. Lots of lovely homemade stuff
Amazing little bubble tea and authentic Vietnamese coffee shop. Had the Caphe Trung and it was fantastic, will be back for it again for sure.
Tried the mochi mango pancakes suggested by many and it was really refreshing and delicious!
Can you please make your schedules clear 😭 I’ve been trying to go 3 times and it keeps changing day by day and I always have to go home 🥹
EDIT: thank you so much for the answer and clarification! I’m sorry to learn about your difficulties and I hope all is good now, thank you for your consideration 😊
Nice little cafe, bubble tea was okay. Staff is friendly.

Hello Montreal I just found out a wonderful Vietnamese Bánh Mi which is a Vietnamese Sub Sandwiches, they also have great Coffee and Bubble Tea. Very nice and chill place
super yummy, the owner is such an amazing person, she hand makes the drinks and food, takes her time and really recommends great drinks. you need to try the salted coffee, it’s the perfect balance between sweet and salty without overpowering the vietnamese coffee. if you’re looking for a tea, definitely go for the black milk tea. she recommended it to us and it was perfect, the tapioca is not hard and almost like mochi texture. it’s also very affordable, if you’re a student it’s a great place to study and you get a discount on your drink. overall, it’s a 10/10.

They were out of the tea I wanted (peach) which was fine so I ordered my second choice (mango). I also paid extra to add on peach popping boba (2$) and they gave me mango instead without asking or telling me they were switching it.
The tea itself also wasn’t great and only tasted like juice (I am a big bubble tea fan so it was very noticeable). Very disappointed with the outcome and customer service. I really wanted to like it but overall I would not recommend.
