Truly incredible experience. Masterful use of fermented ingredients. Perfectly balanced acidity that bursts flavors at the tongue tip like fireworks. Worth a 6-hour drive, and so look forward to coming back.
Wow. The attention for detail, the atmosphere and the service was impeccable. I felt at home and welcomed by ALL the talented and very knowledgeable staff . The food was delectable , every bite was like a dream. Thank you again for a great night.
