This location is focused on getting you served fast but with an acceptable level of consistancy and overall quality. The turnover is high, but they are good at vetting tallent so all of the staff are great. They have an extensive menu, but again the focus in throughput means that some freshness is compromised.

The coffee is great here, but that's not why I'm making a review. Making a review because I can finally eat at a coffee shop with a gluten-free option that is not a brownie. They have sandwiches that are gluten free, and that are delicious. Finally a coffee shop that understands that we eat more than just brownies. Lol

Fantastic place to relax / work at your laptop. I suggest the simply filter coffee, which is amazing good, with little cream and little honey... and always use a CERAMIC CUP.. its a must!.. everybody hates the paper/plastic cups... classic baby.. keep it classic.

First of all, I wasn’t greeted with a proper hello—just met with a cold, “What do you want?” kind of stare. I ordered a large vanilla iced latte, tapped my card to pay, and left a 20% tip. Then I went and sat down.
I had the option to print a receipt but chose not to. As I was sitting, the employee preparing my drink asked if I was paying with cash or card. I told him I had already paid by card. After he finished making my drink, he walked over to the cash register, placed my drink on the counter, and along with another young employee, told me I hadn’t paid.
I explained that I did. He kept insisting that I didn’t. I don’t know if it was because I’m a Black person that they doubted me, but the whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unfair.
Once they checked the system and saw that I had in fact paid, the employee couldn’t even look at me—he just said, “Sorry about that”. I grabbed my drink and left.
Moral of the story: always print your receipt or have your banking app ready to show proof. I don’t think I’ll ever go back there. The customer service was disappointing—plain and simple.
Very relaxed atmosphere. Great people. My only issue was with the brownie I purchased. I ordered the vegan brownie when I saw it in the glass display. When I actually received it on a plate, it was taken from somewhere else and was much smaller, almost half the size. A bit deceiving since people order from what the see on display and expect to receive what they see.
