There is an announcement outside the front door of the office saying that a bad or disrespectful attitude will not be tolerated towards the stuff at the consule, I do agree with that, but it goes both ways right! Today I had to go and request information because I had been trying to communicate by phone for a week and I did not get a response. I renewed my passport at this consular office, the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Furthermore, I finished the renovation process very quickly.
