Today I had to go and request information because I had been trying to communicate by phone for a week and I did not get a response. I renewed my passport at this consular office, the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Furthermore, I finished the renovation process very quickly.

People come to do paperwork and don't even know what documents they should bring, they are going to ask every crazy question, which is not the responsibility of the consulate. And they are told that they cannot be helped with such a Thing and they start fighting. Just because they argue won't help them with something they don't do.
They want good attention, because they are good citizens.
