The service was good. I got done what I need it this time. Just one detail. There is an announcement outside the front door of the office saying that a bad or disrespectful attitude will not be tolerated towards the stuff at the consule, I do agree with that, but it goes both ways right! I strongly suggest Mr. Honorable Hector E. Huerta, that your stuff also treats us with the same respect as you spect from us. Thank you very much for your attention to this comment. The lady at the reception is very smart and experienced! Have a wonderful day!

The representative is asking me to be patient in order to get an appointment
Though he’s not patient enough to hear my words on the phone and answer my questions
The whole customer representative team needs to be replaced respectfully
Definitely changing my destination

No one answer this phone

They should say that they don't answer the phone, it's no use having a phone at the consulate and never answering, terrible.

Very rude, the person who answered me through the communicator started yelling at me about the email that I couldn't find on the sheets that were stuck outside, the guard better helped me see what the email was and thus take the photo

Are those people who work in there supposed to represent Mexico? Well, they are rude to say the least... they should definitely change their attitude. We are not going to ask for anything for free and sometimes we go for information since their page is not understood or works well ?

Today I had to go and request information because I had been trying to communicate by phone for a week and I did not get a response. When the person who assisted me arrived, he was too rude, he did not allow me to explain my situation because "he was very busy" and I did not have time to For me, I think that the staff who work in customer service should be a little more gentle.

When I went to the offices (because they don't answer the phone or email) they didn't even let me in to make an appointment! The man who answers the interphone has very bad attention! If you don't believe that you can't enter your country's consulate!!!

I renewed my passport at this consular office, the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Furthermore, I finished the renovation process very quickly.
I had to see a person who arrived three hours late for his appointment and they still helped him. I read some bad reviews, I think we must be punctual and comply in a timely manner with what is requested of us. I am very grateful to these countrymen who help us with our procedures from abroad, I would give them more than 5 stars for their service.

Excellent service, in 40 minutes we already had my son's passport who got it for the first time.

Anderson Sierra lopez

Very complicated to carry out the procedures. Unlike other embassies.

My experience is 5 stars in terms of customer service. Whether on the phone or in person. Except that we asked for too many documents to be translated into Spanish for a police certificate. It's a process that could be done online in one click. Then after all these processes, you must send all these documents by DHL or FedEx to a person in Mexico to continue the process. While I needed the same document for Brazil, I do it online and in one click, without sending to Brazil, without needing to have a person in Brazil, without paying DHL or FedEx any money. With a single translated document

It is not possible to make an appointment in any way, on the internet it says that there is no availability, on WhatsApp there are no appointments, they do not answer the phone, it is always closed. There is a person who is receiving a salary and where is it?
