Friendly, family-friendly place with excellent service. The cuisine is exceptional, the spring rolls are among the best in Montreal. I highly recommend.

all the stars in the world for the sweet couple that runs this shop! came here on a weekday night after some drinks and the food soothed the soul.it’s truly the people that made our experience so great and they’ve been running the place forever so i hope they’re doing well :)

Fabulous food! We ordered number 51 (rice plate) and 27 (noodle plate), and shrimp spring rolls. The food is fresh, light, and so tasty. It is run by a family and all are friendly. The gentleman that greeted us was so nice and kind.A must experience after walking around in the winter cold

I have been going to this restaurant for over 25 years and I have known all the owners. Over the years, and especially the pandemic, they have made adjustments to the dishes and it has become so bland (the fish sauce tastes more and more like water, we remove the carrots, coriander, etc.). I'm torn... from 5⭐, it went to 4, 3 and now 2⭐, only because I know the owner. Sorry ?

The exterior does not reflect the amazing experience. Food was delicious, portions were big and ambiance was great. The employees are so sweet and treated us with so much kindness. Don’t hesitate to go in.

Friendly owner. Bun bo hue was amazing. You can realy taste the broth and not just spicy soup like many places. Had two bowls myself that night. Also some friends some vietnam were there with us and said the soup was the genuine article. Solid spring rolls as well. Wasn't hyper greasy or over fried. If I lived in Montreal, I'd be living at this restaurant.

I don't understand what happened to this restaurant but it used to be my favorite spot in Chinatown. I loved their famous spring rolls, which I didn't find on the menu this time. I haven't been since COVID so I'm not sure if they changed owners? It was empty on a Saturday night which should have been a good clue. The Jasmin tea had no flavor or smell so I reckoned they had been using the same tea bags since lunch time. The pad Thai looked and tasted like instant noodles with a weird orange sauce, almost no veggies an one piece of onion. The shrimp were overcooked, perhaps in the microwave. Portion was small to boot. Absolutely not worth the 14$ plus tip and taxes. Will not be going there again.

Food is horrible !!! The broth was so plain, the pork skin was not cleaned well with full of hair on it. All the Vietnamese food here are westernized which only can be served to tourists or anyone not knowing abt Vietnamese food. We hoped that the drinks would make a difference but nope… just wayyyyyyyy too much ice and water for a smoothie. Restroom was super tiny and extremely dirty. Tbh this place would have a better biz if they changed the chef instead of buying fake reviews on google.
