The guy at the counter was disgusting, he didn't let me use the washroom , I had to explain myself, then when I came out of the washroom , he asked me if I flushed it properly then showed me a water mark on the toilet seat and said he won't let me use again. What the hell ? This is how you treat a grown man ? I was just there to pick up uber eats order. The guy was old and looked like a clown ?, with significant mental issues.I want to say something to the owner because I found it humiliating in front of other customers. Why do you need employees with mental retardation?My big middle finger for the owner !!!

It is ok. Not alot of selection of toppings and the sandwich is backwards they put the cheese at the bottom of the meat ( then why toast it?) also they add lettuce in the middle rather than at the end. Subway is way better and thats not saying much

I got robbed. Placed an order through their website which never came and when I called they blamed it on DoorDash (customer support at door dash said it was Dagwoods who inexplicably canceled the order) and in the end I got nothing and lost $40. Submitted a formal complaint and haven’t heard back in over a week. Unacceptable. Clean that up cause 1-star review is my only recourse and I hate doing it.

Bread tastes stale. Spicy chicken doesn't taste fresh. Couldn't finish our sandwiches as they were dry and lacked flavor. Employees are counting tomato slices that they put in the sandwich as the owner critically looks on. I asked to have paper to wrap up unfinished sandwiches and got a dirty look from the owner. He also wouldn't honor the 'mini trio' price for my 5 year old so I ended up paying the adult price for sandwich plus $3 for a cookie and tiny juice box. This is my first and last time there.

Hate giving reviews like this but when you are suppose to close at 8pm, why are employees refusing clients at 7:40pm? Door was already locked and they were mopping which means they were closed even before that.Busy or not, as a business owner I would be concerned. Two similar reviews in the last two months. Who can say how many more customers and sales were refused. Ouf.

I ordered platters for 10 people of sandwiches, macaroni and brownies and cookies.The sandwiches were horrible most of them only had one piece of meat and a few you only have lettuce and tomatoes. I ordered meat.Macaroni salad was completely tasteless.The brownies and cookies were the only good thing.I will never order from Dagwood's ever again. Plus it was rather expensive only to be disappointed.

I was coming to pick up a sandwich and two employees were cleaning up and had the door locked at 7:40 pm when they are supposed to close at 8 pm. This cleanup should happen at 8 pm when they are closed. I get some people want to leave early, but the restaurant should be open until 8 pm.

Items that appear on the menu aren’t available but they don’t advise you of this when you order. They just make a bigger sandwich for you, charge you more and ONLY when you remark that price is wrong do they inform you that what you ordered isn’t available. They also advertise a trio upgrade but don’t respect that either. They charge everything separate. The drink is separate, the chip is separate. Will NEVER go back to this location
