“This is the first place I go whenever I am in Montreal, then I return once or twice more in the week!! Hands down Snowden Deli has the best smoked meat sandwich in town! Order it medium old fashioned and thank me later! Staff has been there a long time and is always pleasant switching between French and English seamlessly. I have had their knishes, blueberry pies and chopped liver and all were excellent! A mainstay on Decarie that I crave when I’m not there! 😋“

We abandoned our small catering businesses in Little Italy for the joy of pasta. And the rosé sauce ???. The staff is super nice. “Market which has just opened and rather clean. The lady who owns this shop is very kind and polite (her daughter too). I found products from home (ndolè, miondo, cassava leaves and WHITE PEPPER POWDER (which I often have difficulty finding elsewhere)).Her braised chicken is really good (she offered it to me when I had finished my shopping and I don't regret having taken it).I really recommend it. The place has a nice, welcoming vibe, though keep in mind it’s more of a diner/burger spot than a full restaurant experience. Overall, really enjoyable and worth a visit!“
