Again for my non-French speaking folks, the name Delices De La Mer Poissonnerie Gaspesienne” means “Delights from the sea Gaspesian fish shop”.We didn’t experience any rudeness from the staff, infact they were nice trying to explain things in English even when they are native French speakers.
