Went to Montreal recently for a bachelor party and after one of the guys got too drunk, I needed to go out for a meal on my own. I found Diablos and it was the nicest surprise. The ambiance was exactly what I was looking and the food was delicious. For Montreal, it was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had.
Great taste but pricey. If your expect everything to be as big as in Texas you'll be disappointed
Evelyn gave us the best service ever, her timing in between ordering was immaculate. Also her recommendations were amazinggg. Definitely reccommend the food I was sat back and 😫😍😍

The BBQ ribs are amazing, served by attentive bartenders who speak perfect English or French. The atmosphere is dark, woodsy, and "Southern," creating a fun dining experience. Many customers enjoy the flavorful chicken and tender ribs, although some have noted that the ribs can be a little too heavily sauced. The ribs are so delicious it’s heavenly, and the brisket hits right in the spot. The fries are nice and crunchy, well seasoned with some spicy flavor. The chicken was a bit dry but still okay. The place also hosts special nights, like Wings Night, which many find enjoyable. The staff, including the bartender Devlin, are friendly and fun, making for a great night out. The restaurant is praised for its authentic barbecue, good prices, and overall fun atmosphere. Although there is an additional charge for highball drinks, the quality of food and service make it a great hidden smokehouse in the city, perfect for satisfying barbecue cravings.
