We waited more than 2 hours for an online order… After 1 hour of waiting, we called to be told that there was a “computer problem” but that the order was leaving immediately. 45 minutes later, still nothing, so we call back and this time, it's the delivery man who claims not to find the address, although he is supposedly in our street... With each call, a new excuse to justify this poor quality service. Finally, after all this time, the only compensation offered: two small 355 ml cans of Pepsi and a “discount” on a next order… we assure you that there will never be a next time.

To top it all off, during our last call, the person on the phone told us that she thought they looked like “a gang of bozos…” Indeed, we couldn't agree more on this point.

Poor service and very ordinary food. Too bad we can't give 0 stars.

Since they changed owners the food is bad and there is nothing on the plate. Chicken submarine just chicken and salad. If I had wanted a chicken sandwich I would have asked for it extremely disappointed. He lost us as a customer.

The presentation of the plate was different than usual. Seems like there has been a new owner for 4 months
and it shows.
The on-site service is fast and friendly.
A good salad (we had to ask for more sauce because not enough), apart from the main plate, which was plentiful. Well seasoned.
The only downside to the main course was the frozen vegetables, filled with water.
We ordered chicken pikelets. Before there was. 2; mtn is just one, bigger. Generous quantities, enough to take home.
The parking lot was almost full (around 6pm) and orders were ringing out repeatedly for delivery.
It seems that customers are starting to rediscover Diane Deli. 20Sep’24

If you would have told me the truth after an hour and a half of waiting I might have changed my mind. You just lost a good customer.

Superb, ordering online, not having received any dishes after 2 hours, calling and being told that they had a pizza rush and that my order is still not finalized and gone, but don't worry, they 'put priority, really don't order online, they don't care about their online order.
