Dilallo Burger Reviews
👎The food and decor at Dillalo are decent but the service has gotten horrible. We were loyal customers for over 15 years. After a rude encounter with a waitress due to a sneaky extra charge that wasn't disclosed, I gave management several fair chances to make things right. Instead, they stalled for months, and ultimately brushed it off. I also got a snarky comment that I felt was due to speaking English.

I’m honestly still in shock from my experience here. I ordered a poutine and discovered a cockroach or some kind of bug in it. When I brought it back to the counter and calmly explained the situation twice, the staff member screamed at me and said she didn’t understand what I was saying. Dilallo Burger offers average hamburgers with fresh veggies and a decent atmosphere, but some find the beef not very tasty. The pricing is considered expensive for the portion size. Despite slow service, the chain is known for its trusted burgers in Montreal. Customers can customize their burgers with various cooking juices. The restaurant, located on the ground floor, is wheelchair accessible.
Recently, Dilallo Burger has gained attention for its quick service for take-out and delivery, and it stays open late, which is rare among fast food joints. The classic menu features pretty good food for the price, with the buck burger and fried pickles being favorites. Additionally, they offer a gluten-free bun option, making it one of only a few places in Montreal to do so.
The dine-in atmosphere is nice and cozy, not too loud or crowded, and service has been described as impeccable, friendly, and efficient. Overall, while some may not find it worth a repeat visit, others appreciate the quick homemade burger experience and consider it a go-to neighborhood spot.
