I don't know which facility my order came from because I ordered online and they didn't give that detail. The boots are very nice, warm and I would buy another pair in another color (black), but only one color was offered. I have bought many boots (4-5 pairs) and I am always happy with my purchases. Very nice/good boots!

Very bad experience. I placed an order for two shoes online. I received one. I never received the other one and when I asked why, the Customer Rep never explained. Plus, I had an issue with the refund and I felt the Customer Reps were distant and cold.
I actually bought these online and not at a store. I want to thank Pajar by standing by their product and making things right with a loyal Pajar customer. Not going to lie, I had to be very persistent, but in the end they treated me well. Love the new boots I bought, the Trooper 3.0. Would recommend to anyone!

Poor quality boot. The zipper collapsed after one try. I was charged for the return even though the product was defective. I don't recommend the brand at all.

I recently purchased a pair of your winter boots, expecting them to meet the advertised claim of warmth in temperatures as low as -40 degrees. However, upon inspecting the materials and construction, I believe these boots would not provide sufficient warmth, even in temperatures around -5 degrees. The interior lacks a fur lining that could effectively retain heat. While the removable fur insole is a nice feature, it seems unlikely to compensate for the overall lack of insulation. The boots are made primarily of suede with fabric insulation, which is clearly insufficient for protection against extreme frost. Additionally, the fur trim at the top of the boots creates a misleading impression that the entire interior is fur-lined, which is not the case. Misleading description of the boots. Fabric insulation instead of shearling lining raises doubts about their warmth in -10°C, let alone -40°C as advertised. Very disappointed
