The taste is quite good, but to be honest, the bottom of the red oil pot is more fragrant than the copper pot shabu-shabu. You can eat a lot of things that other hot pot restaurants in MTL don't have, such as naohua, fried tripe, thousand-layer tripe, and hairy tripe (most hot pot restaurants only have louvers for offal). Excellent Hot Pot is an authentic all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant in Montreal, offering a unique and imported decor. The owners are kind and helpful, providing excellent service. While the copper stove is not self-service and the small ingredients incur additional costs, it is highly recommended for its delicious hot pot experience.
