“Arabesque is easily at the top of the Montreal falafel list. They have a variety of options to order from but at least trying their falafels is non-negotiable if you go. They make classic chickpea falafels that are both perfect in texture and in taste. They offer classic toppings but they really stand out for their personal twist with sumac, sesame seeds, amazing preserved lemon slices and sauces which you won't see at other falafel shops. Hanny also gave us muhammara to try, I am very picky about my muhammara and I can confidently say it was amazing. My friend had the Shish Taouk which she raved about. The fries and their sauce were also delicious.
We found this place randomly while looking for food to enjoy at the nearby park, unfortunately there was construction everywhere around the little shop but a small passage was created to let people get through. The food and hospitality are 1000% worth the effort. There is also seating upstairs and a picnic table outside.“

“I went to this restaurant tonight and I found it much cleaner than restaurants and their service is very good and the food is very good to me. I think this is the cleanest restaurant in Canada. One thing is why people say that they have no experience that this restaurant is clean and the food is very good. Please don't get a bad impression.“
