Elatos was one of my go to restaurants.. Until a couple of days ago, i ordered a gyro loose meat plate and i was very dissapointed! The gyro came in dry, burnt crumbles.. i understand that this happens sometimes at the end when the gyro is finishing but c’mon at least tell us when we called to order! Because i sometimes order gyro pitas from here i wasnt aware the loose meat plate doesnt come with tzatziki on the side.. Ate a couple of dry crumbles , fries and salad and threw the rest away!

I went there at lunchtime so there were several delivery orders which explains the waiting time but it's worth it because the gyros are delicious! I went at noon so they had a couple of delivery orders to make so it was not crazy fast but the gyros was delicious way better than a lot of places!

We really liked this place even though the inside is not modern, the souvlakis were always great. But it's been a few times now that the quality has been below par. I hope this changes back, I will be glad to modify my review. But as of today I was disappointed.

Fantastic gyro! Easily one of the best in Greater Montreal area! Great people, great service. Decor is dated but nostalgic.
Good really good, once the staff could explain and understand our exact order. The price was high but worth it… excluding the drive from home.
