Service was awful, no attention to the customers and I was sitting at the long bench and the waitress instead of coming to our table to take our order and ask questions, was standing in that long passageway which was behind me instead of coming to our table. I found that very rude and I felt like the entire dinner was rushed as they wanted to get rid of us as fast as possible, for the next service. Most of the staff were like zombies not smiling, no emotions just a quick business transaction. The entire experience felt rushed and unpleasant.

Our flight was late so we were late for our reservation. The graciously accommodated us with a packed house. The food was excellent and fresh. Everyone there was friendly. Highly recommend the pizza. Bring your appetite or share it!

Overall a very good ambiance place to dine with decent food. There was some lack of attention though that can be improved on. The first instance was it took some time for our waitress to arrive and take our drink order. When she did arrive to take our drink and food orders, she was quite knowledgeable and you could tell she was one of the more experienced servers there. Her wine suggestion was accepted but it was a good 15 minutes before she reappeared with the wine. The wait should be 5-10 minute max - 15 gives the impression they forgot about you. The appetizers arrived fairly quickly, and were tasty - we had two orders of the suppli. These were great though the port ion was small. We had a 20 minute wait for the pastas to arrive. The creste al ragu was ok - sauce was a bit too thick, acidic (ever try tomato paste out of the can? - like that), and lacked seasoning - a bit of salt would have gone a long way. The maccheroni vodka was a hit though. Where they fell short was again on a service detail. No fresh pepper or cheese was offered and we had to ask another waiter as ours went missing again for some time. They did graciously bring those over quickly - the pepper was from a mill (standard) but the cheese was supplied in a tiny bowl with not much cheese in it. This coincides with the small portions of the main dishes - I guess it's their thing, smaller portion. We didn't try the pizza, but we will give the resto another try and order this the next time around. It's the vibe which was the winner that night, with service and food taking second place.

I was looking for a charming, welcoming Italian restaurant and was not disappointed! This spot in downtown Montreal was absolutely delightful. I ordered the creste al ragù, which was delicious, as well as the vodka pasta and their fresh mixed lettuce salad. Everything tasted authentic and well-prepared.
The only thing I would mention is that, for the price, the pasta portions felt a little small. That said, the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere more than made up for it. Our waiter was extremely polite and the overall staff was very friendly.

Perfect spot to grab a glass of wine. They have a small outdoor section along with seats inside overlooking the street. The service was great and they made fantastic wine recommendations. We didnt try the food but the pizza looked quite delicious
