We had a wonderful experience at Fiorellino. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening out. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

Came here for Valentine’s Day dinner and had horrible experience. We saw a mice under our table twice and we were moved to another table. We let the staff know the waiters were nice and they moved us to another tabel. However, we lost our appetite because we felt disgusted. The manager came in and he handle the situation terribly. Joking about it instead of acknowledging the fact that he needs to take care of this issue as it is a restaurant and cleanliness of the restaurant should be thier top priority I don’t know how they passed health and safety. Totally disappointed and did not appreciate how the manager handles it . He still wanted us to pay for a full course meal even tho we only had a tiny mini pizza and salad. We did not mind paying for it however the fact that he did not come to the table when we asked to speak with him really disappointed us. He told the server he was busy very unprofessional. I will inform Health safety so they can run thier inquiries.

Had a very disappointing valentines dinner here. Spent 300 to be sat in front of a dj playing loud club music with small portions that were underwhelming. Service also felt sloppy. Bummed!!
