Best Indian food in jean Talon, this place is in all honesty the best value you’re gonna get around. The decore is from another world, it’s like somebody hired Dracula, gave me acid and ask him to do the interior design. Culinary wise, Everything they make it is consistent. You will not get disappointed with their food, there is speciality is northern cuisine of India and the service is amazing since you will most probably will be there only customer, is like you are a king/queen and you have these crew of people at your service……of course this is because there is no one there ever. Something cool about that too is that the bathrooms are clean and that pretty amazing. This place will not survive for too long, so take the time to encourage them before the bankruptcy.
I had the lunch buffet the food was good and fresh.

The food was excellent and the service attentive. They redecorated the restaurant and changed the furniture, it's really luxurious and you feel important.

The ambience and interiors are good but the food is average. We ordered Chicken biryani, Chicken Fried rice and Veg Thali. I would say not a very recommended place for biryani. Taste could be better.

[UPDATE] Tried it again after the new opening. Sad to not see the same waitress as before, the new one was not very nice and forgot few things from our order. The food was still alright but I did not like it as much. I sadly won't be coming back.-------My all time favourite. Even when I can’t pass by to eat I grab a delicious mango lassi. The waitress is awesome and the food amazing. I always feel welcomed and im looking forward to coming back. The food is tasty and very affordable.

There is a really wide choice for vegetarians and it's really good, with contrasting flavors and several textures. Very pleasantly surprised and frankly it's not the last time they see me!
Vegetarian options: A wide choice of different categories and complex dishes, not just to say that they have vegetarian options.

I just called to inquire about making a reservation. They said they are permanently closed.
I came here for the weekend lunch buffet. It was something like 16 dollars without tax, which is a very good deal for an unlimited buffet. Every dish tasted very good and fresh, and there were lots of accompaniments such as salad, naan, and chutneys. The tandoori chicken and pakore were especially good, and I enjoyed the warm, fresh naan. All the dishes were refilled very frequently with freshly cooked stuff. I ate about 3 plates before tapping out. The gulab jamun was especially delicious, and I could have eaten 20 or so of those. My only complaint is that the buffet selection is rather small with only 3 non veg dishes, but the price is still very good so I don't mind.
