Food was actually really good but the service is some of the worst I’ve ever had. Was there with a group of 6 and we were ready to drink….sat with empty beer glasses for 45 minutes without out a server. When we tried to order from the bar we were told we could only order from our nonexistent server. Finally paid an hour later and went elsewhere

We had a fun time as a group overall and the service was good, except they really need to improve the technology and modernize the space area. We had a few technical difficulties (as mentionned in the reviews so I was already maybe expecting that) which were resolved rather quickly but it did affect the scores overall. For the hastle of parking downtown and driving, not sure I would visit this bowling space again for that reason.

First time back to the Forum and was so surprised to see how many cool things there are to do there. Was waiting to see a movie so we popped into the Bar for dinner and a few drinks. We usually wouldn't expect much for bar food but it was so delicious and fun. The staff wss super freindly and helpful. We wished we had time to play some pool. We will be back.

Be sure to reserve your lanes in advanced! Don't go expecting a lane or table without first calling to be sure.

If you’re reading this thinking 3.8 stars… it can’t be that bad. Yes, it is.

I really wish I’d read other people’s reviews before coming there. The extremely rude and condescending manager that’s mentionned a couple of times? Oh he’s very real.

This man had the audacity to tell us that in 15 years he had never had his machines malfunction, laughing at us and dismissing us while we explainied that our turns would get skipped by his machine. Mind you, this is after the machine had broken down during our first hour and we had to ask then to fix it.

This page is covered in negative reviews. At what point does the owner of this place realize his staff are his worst enemy? At what point do you start talking to this horrible manager that clearly doesn’t like his job?

The food was actually pretty good by the way! Place is nice too! But man, if you want a minimal level of service, avoid this place like the plague.

Went there wanting a bite to eat since the metro wasn’t working, the place was dead. They told me I could sit wherever I want and 2 minutes later they tell me if I want to order I have to go up to the bar. They were just talking and doing nothing. Bringing a menu to my table and serving me is too much to ask for nowadays. This place was closed for years due to covid. Should have stayed closed

Extremely Rude Bartender – Never Going Back

Visited this place hoping to catch a good game night with friends, but the entire experience was ruined by the bartender. His attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional – talking to customers like he’s doing them a favor out of his own pocket.

He was dismissive, snarky, and clearly didn’t want to be there. At one point, he even muttered something under his breath when we placed our order – absolutely unacceptable.

A sports bar should be a welcoming, lively place. Unfortunately, the energy here was downright hostile. Plenty of better spots in the city with staff who actually value their customers. Skip this one.

The music and the very patient employee with glasses were the absolute highlight of the night. Great vibe!
But our pins and balls got stuck repeatedly, about every 15 mins. It was soooo bad.
After 2 hours they finally moved us to another lane, the pins got stuck there too. Every time it would take them so long to fix it, and most of the place was empty. You’d think that for 80 dollars per hour, the actual bowling alley would work better.
Pity, cause the place is very cool!

I havent tried the food or bowling but the pool table is great! Only 1$ per game much better price than anywhere else ive been. I really enjoyed the music and the place is not too crowded which i appreciated.

Spiritual Living

I went there for the first time for my bday on a sunday and family and i had great time. The server very nice and welcoming, atmosphere fun. During that same there was a hockey hame so it was crowded. I definitely recommend this place and am probably going to go back. Loved it.
