Very disappointed with the customer service. We bought over $40 worth of food coloring, one of them was broken (and stained the seat of my car) and when you call to mention it, they make you out to be a liar and hang up on you . I would never return to this store.

Bad experience, the lady who serves you treats you badly when she doesn't have a good day, I bought more than $2,000 in a year and she still didn't treat me well. The last time I bought he yelled at me for not knowing exactly what he told me in French. I barely understand, yet I get ahead little by little, but these kinds of people will never make me have a bad day again or feel less than others.

TERRIBLE customer service! The lady who serves yelled at me because I went to the wrong cashier to pay. Is not the first time that this has happened to me here. 0 star!!!

Je pose une étoile,pour le déplacement que j'ai fait. Effectivement ,on y trouve de tout mais les prix sont excessivement cher.le service à la clientèle laisse à désirer .J'avais posé la question sur le prix d'un article, là dame me regarde de haut avec un air hautain et mets du temps pour me répondre. Une chose est sûre c'est que je ne remettrai jamais les pierds dans ce magasin.

They have a wide selection of Wilton products and everything else you’re looking for when it comes to pastry. They have 2 floors of products to discover, but I’m giving it 3-stars due to poor customer service. The people there (apart from 1 older woman who was respectful and friendly) don’t look happy or appear annoyed to serve customers.

Very nice experience shopping for pastry items. Lots of staff on site and very competent. Price accordingly.

I go down to one star: Friday I bought a box, the price on the website is $1.58. I am charged for 7 boxes the price of $1.95, I asked why I was told the site is not up to date. Today I buy the same box at the same price on the site, that is $1.58, I ask why they charged me more on Friday, then she replies: “maybe a mistake, I can't tell you” then disappears! ! moral of the story: do not recommend

We called for a 14" tall cake box, mentioned multiple time we needed a 14" tall, the lady said shed get a delivery today and call us for pick up. She called us back and we made sure to say it was for the 14" tall box and she said yes. We get there and she says 14" tall doesnt exist and says there was miscommunication.... no sorry no discount nothing.. very bad service, sucks we still had to get what they had, i would have prefer not to buy anything.
