The chef, the sommelier, the waiters, ... everyone took the time to talk to us. Each dish is served with an explanation of its creation. The food and wine pairing was delicious. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

The tasting menu was well paced, allowing 2.5-3 hours to go through all the courses. The chef comes to explain the history of each dish, each taken from moments in his life. Crafted and sought-after dishes, where saviors, textures and originality mingle.
Our favorites for the February 2024 menu were the Eric Ripert, Gabban and bread and taco. Small downside for the cooking of one of the pork fillets, which was a little overcooked.
Overall very nice experience with attentive and friendly service. To do again and good luck to the team.

Yesterday Sabrina, Rémi and Jay offered me and my sweetheart one of, if not the most beautiful culinary experience of our lives, whether here in Quebec or in Europe. THANKS! You can see the passion he has for food. The food is exquisite and the service is impeccable. Sabrina who served us, was such a breath of fresh air. She is kind, knowledgeable and super fun. The food was delicious, It was a Great experience indeed. Everything ordered left a lasting taste in my pallet to a point I ordered one dish (ombre/couscous) twice, never done that before but I wanted more , Awesome job to the team in the kitchen. And my server Sabrina was Great and nice, and made really tasty cocktails and was very friendly with my kids. I would recommend this place and ask anyone who would like to experience something different to check it out.
