The food is incredibly innovative and simply delicious, with a creative menu featuring dishes like the seared scallops tapas with Chinese 5 spice, lemongrass, and peanuts, making it worth the slightly higher price. The ambience is enhanced by great music, creating a wonderful overall experience. Whether in the mood for fine Vietnamese cuisine or just a tasty meal, Hang Bar is a must-visit in Montréal, especially on Tuesday nights. Reservations are preferred, particularly on Wednesday evenings for easier seating. It's recommended to ask the staff for their favorite meals, as this place does not disappoint. Their house espresso martini is noted as the best in the city right now.
