The food was very good hotel restaurant food -- nothing five star, nothing "bring the whole family for Easter brunch" kind of thing, but certainly better than the average Hampton Inn. The one drawback was that the waitstaff was mostly very young women who spent a lot of time chatting with certain guests and with one another. I had ordered green tea while my wife ordered coffee -- she got her coffee right away and my green teacup sat empty pretty much the whole meal because we never saw our specific waitress again and all the other waitresses were doing the chatting and hanging out thing. I finally got my tea when I'd finished my food when our original waitress swung by to do the "can I get you anything else or are you ready for the bill?" thing.
My coworker and I, stayed at Le Westin and visited their Gazette restaurant just for dessert, after a late lunch. Though we were quite full, we still wanted to satisfy the craving for something sweet. We ordered the chocolate torte and almond cake, and I must say both were visually appealing and tasted absolutely phenomenal. The almond cake paired with Chai tea caramel was to die for. The restaurant itslef has a cozy atmosphere with elegant interior décor and comfortable vibes. The service staff were very polite and friendly throughout our visit, helping us with recommendations on what to order.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience at this establishment. We used our Montreal Tourism passport ticket for the experience. The downside is that the menu the ticket gave us access to wasn't available.
That however, didn't detract us from having a grand time. We were treated dare I say, like royalty 👑 .
The staff were oozing with excitement, passion and energy for their jobs. Their smiles while serving us filled our hearts while the food filled our tummies. The perfect mix for the holidays.

The food was mostly cold at the buffet. It was expensive for what you got. The French toast was cold. The eggs not warm. Overall extremely disappointed for the price.
Excellent stay again at the Westin Hotel enjoying New Year's Eve in downtown Montreal everything was great and the breakfast brunch buffet on new years day was amazing!
Fantastic food and atmosphere. The bread and butter was delicious and we ordered the fresh salad and clam chowder for appetizers (Entrees). The main meal was scallops and sesame seared Tuna! The waitress spoke French and English and gave a great recommendation for red wine. Highly recommended for date night.

L'ensemble des plats que nous avons dégustés pour le menu du réveillon étaient remarquables : originaux et délicieux. Beaucoup d'attente au début mais nous avions réservé en fin de soirée. Emplacement très bruyant.
Cocktails were very good, but I did not enjoy my food. I ordered a burger with a side salad. The burger was almost burnt and very dry, and salad was drenched in dressing.
The buffet was beautifully laid out and the welcome for our group at the Christmas brunch was outstanding. We were served by Jean Luc and Pierre and they were warm, friendly and very efficient. It was my birthday as well and the staff made it a point to make me feel special. Highly recommended for Christmas morning

Très bonne nourriture, très belle présentation. On a passé un très bon moment, mais très bruyant et pas intimiste.
Exceptional shareable options and vegan friendly option when requested.
