Had a reservation for 11:30, ordered by 11:50. We waited for an hour and a half for our food and it never came. When we asked about the food, we were told the plates were coming out soon, but of course never did. Frustrated, hungry and running late for the rest of our day, we ended up just paying for our coffee and leaving because there is no way waiting almost an hour and a half for food is acceptable. Absolutely ridiculous and completely disappointing.There is a strong need to upgrade the quality of chairs/stools, especially if customers are meant to wait an hour and a half for their order that never shows up.Would not recommend.

I came here twice and my major dislike of the place is that the seating is an issue. If you don’t reserve and specify you want to be seated inside you’ll end up being seated outside the resto in the university’s hall. I get paying for a cute atmosphere, but unfortunately a hallway with passing people is not the vibe. The first time the food and service was great, but the second time it was a miss for us. It could have been an off day but we waited quite sometime before waving down a server and the food, although quick to come out of the kitchen, came lukewarm/cold. When our waiter came to check if all was good, we commented that it was cold, but they rushed off after replying good. I’m imagining they didn’t hear us and seemed quite busy jumping from table to table.

Great food, and this is truly the only reason to come. The service is horrid, honestly the servers seemed annoyed to be working there let alone to be serving us. One of the servers had an attitude with us and has continued to have an attitude with us each time we come back, so safe to say, unfortunately, we will not be coming back anymore.

Nice cafe, bar and breakfast spot in uqam area. Enjoyed my breakfast with bacon, crepes, potatoes and eggs; everything was delicious except the fruits weren’t fresh. The drink is not included in the meal, ordered the hot chocolate, love the pepper mint sugar powder instead of cinnamon or chocolate powder!

Had high hopes for this place but was SUPER disappointed. Ordered a round of drinks before brunch, they didn’t arrive until well after the food came. The food was cold and mediocre…service was incredibly slow. The washrooms are also pretty gross…Definitely wouldn’t come back.
