Picked up the oysters and ate them at home.
The oysters are fresh and of great quality. They are offered with a variety of sauces, which is a nice touch.
The tomato sauce in particular was paired beautifully with the oysters.

This is the second year in a row I have used Oysters in Motion at my annual golf tournament. The presentation and quality of food is superb! We had over 300 people (2000+ oysters) and the flow and speed of service was amazing. AND, Christopher, is a super nice guy! Already booked them for next year!
