Amazing experience with my family at this lovely mom-and-pop sushi joint. The food was exquisite, the service was excellent and we were accommodated so well by the two lovely elderly people working there, who I’m assuming are the owners. It was an overall 10/10 experience, please go and support this fantastic small business!!

Beautiful service, very nice owners and pretty classical music beside the good quality slices of fish for a really reasonable price! Will be going back!

January 2nd: A Reflection on Respect and Gratitude

At the start of the New Year, I dined at Ichi-Bon Sushi and witnessed something that moved me to speak out. It was a busy mealtime, and the restaurant was bustling. Amid the activity, I noticed two elderly individuals, both in their 70s, tirelessly attending to customers. Later, I learned they were the owners.

These two worked with smiles on their faces, providing attentive and thoughtful...
