Very good ramen, the best I have eaten in my life personally (and my friend too). The pork broth is very fatty but really good, just like the pork itself. Thick noodles a little too al dente for my taste but I will go back whenever I want a good ramen! Vegan option available and the choice is still wide enough for customization. Very good cocktail too but no option for sake by the glass unfortunately (only bottle) except hot sake.

Ive been searching for a ramen spot that could beat the famous place in Vancouver, and this place absolutely delivered! The tonkotsu broth was rich, creamy, and packed with deep, umami flavor, just the way I like it. The noodles had the perfect chewy texture. The soft-boiled egg was seasoned to perfection, and the added toppings really brought everything together. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made it even better. If you’re serious about your ramen, this place is a must-try. Easily my new favorite!”

I had a reservation and my brother arrived 40 minutes late. Very understanding and patient staff with us! The food was excellent (tapas menu) but a lot of fried food in what we ordered! I suggest you balance your choices carefully. $100 for two people in a tapas restaurant seems reasonable to me these days.

They don’t let you order ramen if you make a reservation. The walk-in at the table RIGHT BESIDE YOU literally has the ramen option but they FORBID you from ordering the same thing as them.
As a customer it’s very bizarre to be PUNISHED like this. Very sketchy and unfair policy.

I have been to Ichigo Ichie several times and I must recognize the atmosphere and the food which is excellent! However, the hostess at reception does not call back as promised if you are on a waiting list. When I came back after 40 minutes with no news instead of admitting that she made a mistake or forgot she simply lied and said she had texted twice; I didn't receive anything. I am very disappointed with the lack of service at reception, be advised that they do not respect their waiting list

Great vegan options but I wish I didn’t rush and paid attention it was a tapas menu. Food was tasty and well seasoned plus the service fast and amazing. No idea why people get punished and can’t order Ramen especially when they reserve and show up on time.
