The reason this place has a low rating is simply on fulfilling on the basics on business. Like keeping their business hours up to date on New Year’s Eve. Says open to 11pm yet closed at 5pm.
Save yourself the time and money—just go to the Maxi next door.
This location consistently smells like garbage and the service is nonexistent. To top it off, you’re paying a 20-50% premium over the Maxi right across the street.
There is zero justification for the higher prices given the poor hygiene and lack of help.
Pricey but ok.

Rude staff
This place has no right to call itself a grocery store. It should be dismantled and turned into something more useful for the neighbourhood. I've seen better quality fruit at depanneurs, and at least the dep owner will say hello. This IGA has the most disgruntled, moody staff I've ever seen.
Good supermarket
Probably the best IGA ever, they have everything, a huge assortment.
Clean store and friendly :)
Poor choice of product especially bakery section, high prices empty shelves. Should lose its banner as IGA

Consistently seeing moldy or soon to be items on shelves and shortest lifespan of veggies when I buy them (bought aragula supposed to last for a few days more, already turning mushy. Bought cremini looking decent, turned out moldy the next day. I did have friendly staff serving me at least but will not return to buy veggies ever again until this situation is solved.
Probably the worst IGA in Montréal.
Small store so no variety and often out of stock. Also, sandwiches and salads were quite old. On top of all that, way over priced...
Really nice location. Very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and they had alot of what i was looking for. It is a bit of a smaller location though.
Lovely, easy to pick and pay
Barely any options. Couldn't even find something as simple as breadcrumbs. Really bad service and employees don't even know their stock. Girl employee at the self-serve never comes to help when assistance is needed.
Edit: service and employees still horrible at this location
