Poor choice of product especially bakery section, high prices empty shelves. Should lose its banner as IGA

Consistently seeing moldy or soon to be items on shelves and shortest lifespan of veggies when I buy them (bought aragula supposed to last for a few days more, already turning mushy. Bought cremini looking decent, turned out moldy the next day. I did have friendly staff serving me at least but will not return to buy veggies ever again until this situation is solved.

Really nice location. Very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and they had alot of what i was looking for. It is a bit of a smaller location though.

Barely any options. Couldn't even find something as simple as breadcrumbs. Really bad service and employees don't even know their stock. Girl employee at the self-serve never comes to help when assistance is needed.

Decent grocery store to pick up necessities/ food. It’s a lot better organized than the other nearby IGA, however it is smaller and has less selection.

They love to waste 20$ pieces of Parmesan at the entrance.. between that and quite literally every products changing spots every 2 days… still don’t quite get why they let non service dogs in a grocery store.. some times 4 at once.. wild.
Also again?… what’s up with letting dogs in here? That’s extremely concerning

Worst customer service ever. I was at the catering counter many times and it’s always a miracle if there is someone there to serve me without having to wait at least 2-3 minutes. Also, pretty racist

Very nice employee gave me a bandaid to help redress a cut I had on my finger when I asked where the bandaids were. She was really nice and so is this store in general, probably, I just know she is
Do yourself a favour, bring your business somewhere else! Staff is a definition of anti customer service, and the management is even worse! IGA should implement minimum standards when it comes to serving clients!

Avoid like the Plague if you use FoodHero. Used 2 times, two issues. Both attempts resulted in problems that weren't resolved. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. 👍🏻
