We had the raw halibut which was similar to a ceviche, the muscles with the salsa which were my favourite, pork and beef skewers, as well as three different salads, the green mint bean salad, the salad with mixed greens, as well as the zucchini salad. We also had the grilled arctic char and the lobster risotto. The risotto portion, I expected to be larger esp as a main, but with all the food we had, we were full.“

“This place is EXACTLY what we hope look for when we’re on vacation: A casual, non-pretentious place with food that is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the charcuterie Panino and my wife had a Porchetta panino. Both were literally the best paninis we’ve had in North America and much of Italy. They both featured a special “relish” (for lack of a better word) that was a mix of lettuce, peppers pearl onions and exquisite seasoning. I wish I could have that on every sandwich I eat - forever! The mixtures is both exceptionally tasty and a bit spicy. When I took my first bite it was like a party in my mouth! I knew almost immediately that it was one of the best sandwiches that I’d ever had. Then my wife gave me a bite of her porchetta panino and THAT was even better. The seasoning on that pork just exploded my taste buds… and I’m not even a big fan of pork. One of the keys to the greatness of these sandwiches is the amazing bread. It has a perfect combination of a delicious, delicate center with a perfect, gourmet-crunchy crust. Not too hard or thick, but just right for marrying with the perfection of the ingredients.
Not to be outdone were the staff! They were all every bit as wonderful as the food, and so welcoming and helpful. My wife and I truly can’t recommend the Parma Café enough. They served us a meal that we kept reflecting on with great fondness the rest of our trip. In fact, there is a very famous deli in Montreal called Schwartz’s which is known around the world for its amazing sandwiches. We ate there the day before and it was, indeed, good , but if I had to choose between the two, I’d eat at Parma Café hands down every time. Enjoy.“

“Montréal à table à la Terasse du W Un mousseux "Crément d'alsace" pour accompagner mes "Crevettes et sorbet au cari": Crevettes marinées et grillées façon thaï (5), sorbet cari coco, lime, coriandre. Mon appréciation: crevette sucrée et piquante adouci par le sorbet rafraîchissant et gouteux, un délice. Un vin blanc "Sancerre" avec Tostadas à la pieuvre grillée (3) Pico de gallo, crème d’avocats, oignons marinés à l’hibiscus, piment chili, laitue et tomates. Mon appréciation: la pieuvre d'une belle tendretée, le tout excellent avec l'ajout de jus de lime. Sans la lime, on goûte bien l'oignon qui est sucré. Panna cotta au chocolat et au rhum Mousse de litchi: on goûte le amer du chocolat, le sucrée de la mousse de litchie équilibre l'assiette pour la gardée fraîche en bouche. Les boules croustillantes ajoute de la texture au plat. Excusez ma fin de rhume pour ne pas avoir goûté au rhum. Ambiance musical style lounge avec une touche qui donne envie de danser aux gens comme moi qui ont le beat dans le sang. Et que dire du service, ils m'ont mise à l'aise toute suite, moi qui va au restaurant seule, je me sentais comme une reine. J'ai pu goûter à different vin pour choisir celui qui me plaît. C'est agréable d'être certain de boire ce qu'on apprécie. Parfois, la barmaid savait plus que moi si j'appréciais le vin. Merci de m'avoir permis d'en goûter un autre.“

Un service du tonnerre les 2 fois, c'est plaisant de voir une équipe qui se donne naturellement et je suis dans les bars et resto depuis plus de 30 ans. “We stayed at the Hampton Hilton Montreal Downtown for 4 nights recently. We ate at the Tiramisu restaurant three times while there. The food was delicious each time and the staff were fabulous. They went over and above to make sure the food addressed my celiac but also other food intolerances. They cooked everything in a clean pan so cross contamination didn’t happen. I had chicken, potatoes and a huge green salad. I had no issues on any of those visits and would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone with food allergies. Oh, and I even got a nice email from the executive chef Julien! What service!!!

L'équipe est vraiment sympathique et à l'écoute. Le service est rapide et les cocktails sont délicieux et super beaux. Ils ont même des options sans alcool pour satisfaire tout le monde.

La cuisine y est délicieuse et magnifiquement présentée par leurs staff de cuisine qui prennent le temps de soigner nos assiettes. Des options végétariennes sont même disponibles.
J'ai eu un coup de cœur pour leur poêlée de champignons et leurs desserts savoureux.

Je recommande vivement que ce soit pour un groupe ou une personne seule, impossible de s'ennuyer, l'ambiance et le décor sauront vous charmer.

“The pasta was super fresh and tasty. The staff was attentive. From the water, to the the bread, to the attention. Niza is an amazing server. My only slight complaint was there is a noise level. The ceilings are high and there aren't any sound absorbing fixtures. There was a party of 100 for a baby shower. All in all I did love the food and service.“
