“We celebrated a special event at Donato's on a regular Tuesday afternoon for lunch. We had an exquisite and memorable experience. The table d'hote had so many offerings at unbeatable prices. Every dish was served to perfection and our party of 4 agreed that there was nothing missing or lacking from this experience. Many thanks Tony for offering champagne on the house as we celebrated our daughter's graduation from Concordia. We WILL be back!“

I have a gluten intolerance, so I have become accustomed to leaving restaurant outings hungry, as gluten-free options are often limited and I'm the only one of my family and friends, therefore it often gets overlooked. Well, let me tell you, I was treated LIKE A QUEEN. I was able to enjoy everything and Chef Paolo even came out to discuss my dietary needs to make sure everything is ok and to give me options for how I would like my veal cooked. WOW! That level of care and attention was truly exceptional Everyone in our party was amazed by the quality and taste of the food. We are an Italian family that cooks homemade authentic Italian food, so we're not easily impressed. Each meal earned a 10/10 as did my gluten-free meal. Everything was served at the perfect temperature and was absolutely delicious. Alessandro was checking on everyone and chatting like he knew us forever. What an absolute delight, this was a perfect evening. Beautiful restaurant, outstanding food and amazing staff. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Lasalle. “Our second time at Gatto Matto didn't disappoint! The restaurant is beautiful with great music and a great vibe. We ordered the cauliflower and arancini as appetizers, and rigatoni and orecchiette pasta dishes for mains; the presentation was beautiful and the food was served hot and was delicious. The drinks were amazing too! Thank you Keshawn for your wonderful service (even accommodating us crazy Blue Jays fans when we asked if you could put the game on TV - haha!). Also love the free indoor parking! We will be back for sure!“

The food was exceptional. The eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly, and the Hollandaise sauce was delicious!!! I had the best granita ever; blueberry & lemon. It was delicious, flavourful, and refreshing. Lastly, we were served chicken & waffles. The portion was extremely generous. The chicken was juicy & crispy, and the waffles were light and fluffy.
