MTL’s answer to Shake Shack. That’s the only spot I can compare it to. The burgers are great and very similar in vibe to Shake Shack aside from the soggy lettuce that should switched out with something better. The fries aren’t great, the onion rings are hit and miss. Depends on if the fryer oil is fresh which it’s sometimes not so it tastes bitter. I feel like the sides could be greatly improved. Burgers are solid though. You should hone in more on your menu and it could be something special. Consistency is key.

I have no doubt that this is the best burger I've ever had in Quebec! A complete meal.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in mtl! The Classic chicken burger was insane too, I like it better than the nashville.

Not sure why we haven't tried Joyo before as we always walk by it, but we'll definitely be back! Great burger, nice and clean location, and very friendly staff!

Fries and cheese were okay, but the burger was very good

Got served by an incredibly miserable cashier/waitress and the meat in my burger was overcooked. The loaded fries, however, were pretty good.

I was never a fan of the smash burger craze (though I've had good ones) and this did nothing to change that.

First time ordering. Had the Chipotle burger, home fries and salad
All was good. I was craving for a real burger. This one did the work. Good discovery.

The family went to Joyo Burger because of the Mtlblog review. The regular burger was good, not great. The chicken burger was GREAT according to my son. Buns were a little too soft for their job. The fries were okay but nothing special, pretty much the same as an IGA french fry. Service was good but the place looks a bit run down, though nice and airy and roomy.

Staff were knowledgeable about gluten free dedication for celiacs. Food was delicious. I had the cheese burger with the gf bun and the poutine which was all gf. Fries were super good with the seasoning. Really good prices. Only reason took of one star was when they brought the food it wasn’t easy to tell which was the GF bun so the lady said after I asked. Would be nice for them to label it.

Halal and gluten free, got what we were looking for. Kids enjoyed the strips and fries. Poutine was ok but gravy wasn't hot enough so didn't melt the cheese curds.

Really tasty burger, a bit pricey considering it doesn't come with sides or combo options. No complaints otherwise.

I ordered takeout for the first time here and i tried only because i trusted the reviews online, i got the “le grand” et poulet au miel
They were soggy, the taste was there but not eatable, too oily, it was literally falling apart for the chicken one and the other one was way too dry. Very disappointing!
They can definitely try and do better
