AMAZING restaurant I went to with a friend on a Thursday night. It was freezing out and but there were still a few customers when we entered. It felt like a legit, authentic restaurant in Southeast Asia honestly, with the decor and the TVs playing food vlogs. I personally have not had Filipino food before so I was equally wary and anticipatory of the flavours to come.

Incredibly authentic food. Pata was full of collagen. Sauce with the lechon was delicious. Lumpiang was crunchy and amazing. All the sauces were tasty. The bbq pork was incredible. Perfect garlic rice. All very reasonable prices. Huge portions. The service was kind and helpful. Plus while waiting, get the wonderful experience of filipino karaoke. 10/10!!
We came here wanting to see how Filipino cuisine in Montreal compares to Toronto. After checking Reddit, we were originally planning to go to Cuisine de Manille, but ended up getting lost due to road closures and no parking. We then found ourselves at Kalye, which was another Reddit-recommended spot—especially for their sizzling plates.
