It was quite warm inside the establishment, after a long walk and a fairly cool start to the evening, we were happy to find warmth. There were exactly four tables occupied, 7 people in total. The waitress, very nice, told us that there would be a 20-30 minute wait because there were people?? 7 customers in total… including a table of 3 and one of two already served. So there were two tables of one person left... anyway, no problem, we take the drinks and wait. But to say that...

Beautiful place, relaxed, friendly staff, generous plates for the price, only improvement perhaps to be made: the toast arrives without butter (less interesting to add once the toast has cooled) and the breakfast sausage is hot dog sausage. Everything else was tasty.

Absolutely amazing! The experience started with a delicious mocacino that was served with a piece of dark chocolate. I had the crepe la fruitée and potatoes. What a great combination of sweet and savory. My lady had the buckwheat (GF) crepe vege. I tried hers and it was the equally mindblowingly good, just the savory version.
Best breakfast you can find in Montreal!
