this place rocks! such a more personal and interesting vibe than most clubs. the music selection is interesting and not just the top 100 hits plays over and over again! lots of 80s and 90s which is great. drinks are average an average for Montreal but the bartenders are super kind. would recommend!!
It's as fun as it was 15 years ago. Great atmosphere.

Rockette Bar is a unique experience where art and entertainment come together. Visitors can observe artists at work, and those who paint on-site receive a free beer and a $5 meal. The bar offers a reasonable selection of beers and a cozy atmosphere, making it a lovely, trendy spot. On evenings, DJ Mathieu spins 80's tunes, creating a lively atmosphere that is enhanced by good vibes and great music. The second floor provides a nice view of the whole venue, and the dance floor is always filled with energy. While the crowd varies in age, it is mostly a younger crowd, making it suitable for children given the number of minors present. Service is good and fast, and drinks are highly recommended for a fun night on the town. Parking is accessible if using Bixi or metro, but can be challenging otherwise.
