Nice chill place to grab a tasty bite. Multiple options from sandwiches (try them!) to pâtisseries.

The owner cooked for us, it was so good and the service was excellent, he made us feel at home. We came here for breakfast several times while visiting Montreal. Make sure you have their mango smoothie!!

La Boulangerie Moderne Café impresses with its authentic atmosphere and exquisite tastes. Every treat here is a work of art, and the coffee is always aromatic and strong. The service is friendly and gives the impression of home comfort. An ideal place for a morning coffee or a long lunch.

The food is nice, but they charged me twice in my credit card. This is the only one case since I’ve used credit card.

We stopped in and were very happy with our delicious sandwiches. Price point slightly higher than subway, but far and away much better. Fresh bread with great choices. We had 4 different sandwiches - salmon, turkey, steak, and cheese/egg croissant. (Other options as well) The soup was delicious as well.

What a wonderful find. We wandered into the mall, er, Complex Dejardines and, being insanely hungry, began exploring the food court. The look is pure Bodega with all of its food offerings on display in the counter case. We ordered the canard sandwich, a toasted baguette redolent with duck, onions, and peppers in what I assume was a balsamic reduction. We also shared a plain eclair(no chocolate) that was firm and chewy and rich with dense heavy whipping cream. Amazingly good for anywhere much less a mall food court. Highly recommend!!
