Direct entry to the Bell Center to watch the match. A great time.

Very good service from all members of the staff from the entrance, not passing the person in the kitchen, quick service in 3 minutes from the moment the waitress took the order feels very welcome despite the fact that closing is approaching.

I recommend this restaurant for the quality of the service, the atmosphere and the good humor of the employees.

They had a 2for1 deal on Uber Eats and so I ordered the Eight buffalo chicken wings, two for one Combo Which altogether was $18 and I thought 16 chicken wings for $18 isn’t that bad? So, I ordered.

Only eight chicken wings arrived with no sauce and a little bag of popcorn, which wasn’t even included in the order.

I basically got scammed out of my money and paid $18 for eight tiny chicken wings.

A disappointing experience at the Cage du Center Bell - 1 star

I would like to share my bad experience during the evening of a game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Penguins. My friend and I, after seeing that the tickets were sold out, decided to watch the game at the Cage bar at the Bell Centre. We waited in line and noticed two empty seats at the bar. I asked a waitress, Raphaëlle, if both places were available. She told me she had to check with the couple in front of us first, which is understandable.

However, to my great surprise, she directly called a man behind us, who was alone, to give her one of the available places and which I had already asked for, totally ignoring us. She then directed us to a place where it was impossible to see the match properly. When I returned to her to ask for an explanation of this decision, she responded casually, without the slightest apology, that there was only this place available for us. His attitude was frankly disrespectful.

I am very disappointed by this kind of behavior, especially in a supposedly reputable place. In 2024, in Canada, I expected a minimum of respect and consideration for customers. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case at La Cage that evening. An experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone, especially if you want to have a good evening watching a match. Avoid so as not to spoil your mood!

We stopped at the sports brasserie at the end of the day for a drink.
Nothing to complain about the welcome, smiling and pleasant waitress.
In terms of service, very smiling, warm waiter.

The service from the staff was excellent, and the food was good. However, the presence of mice in the dining area is concerning and should be addressed by bringing in an exterminator. Mice in a restaurant setting are not hygienic, especially since they can easily access the kitchen. When I mentioned this issue to the waitress, she didn’t seem surprised, which was disappointing
