Our waiter was terrible. He forgot about us for 90% of the night. We had to get whoever we could find to help us. Our drinks took 20 minutes to arrive (this was not a game night) and it wasn’t busy. Our nachos took another hour and came out cold. We had to send it back and when it came back, it was missing part of the Ingredients.

Cool scenery but service was horrendous. We sat at the bar with menus, making eye contact with every individual there for 40 mins without anyone helping us. Can’t say it was because they were understaffed because there were 3 girls were complaining with one and another about another table.

I recommend the La Cage Center Bell experience. Incredible team, crazy atmosphere and food just the way we like it.There is even direct access to the Bell Center arena during game breaks.Thank you for your welcome!!!!!
We were found a table despite the fact that we had not booked dinner the night of the Madonna show!! Wow!!! Excellent food! Good service! It is clear that we will come back for dinner on a show night!! Bravo la Cage aux Sports!!Parking: It was a concert night (Madonna) We parked in the Bell Center.

What a disappointment…. Ate at a different location of the same chain the day before (which was very good - location next to Montreal Airport and definitely worth a visit if you want very good and freshly cooked hot wings). I went into downtown Montreal to catch an NFL playoff game and the food was appalling! The waitress was pleasant but when I returned my food and explained why, there was an offer of more wings but no offer when I refused, of a discount or refund for what was delivered (badly precooked wings which had been reheated…. ). Sorry to be negative but not somewhere I would return to or recommend. Obviously a downtown business district that does not have to rely on loyalty or return customers as the quality of food and service shows they do not care. Showed this review to Laura the manager prior to leaving the establishment, and she confirmed that she was aware of my returning the food but did not approach me even though that the restaurant/bar was virtually empty - I suppose that explains why the staff don’t care, if the manager doesn’t…… why should they.

We went to La Cage this Friday before our show. We had booked for 6 but the table with bench seat we got would have been more suitable for 4-5 people. So it wasn't the best comfort. The service was slow, 45+ minutes each time to receive our ordered drink or food. The waitress didn't mix the sangria before pouring it into the glasses so the 1st got a glass of wine and the last got a glass of apple juice. The meals arrived several minutes apart. They even came to bring a pizza to our table, it sat there for several minutes before they realized it was a mistake and they took the same pizza and took it to another table! Everyone's food was very cold, not surprising if it spends time on another table! Since we had a show and didn't want to wait another 45 minutes we all ate our meals cold. I ordered the burger and it was pitiful, the patty was tiny. My friend ordered the chicken tenders which were tiny and looked like dry chicken wings. It took a good 45 minutes more before we got the bill so we almost missed the start of the show. The waitress made mistakes in the billing and I had to pay more than my actual bill, she didn't want to correct her mistake, I argued, but I didn't insist because it was 8:05 a.m. and the show was going to start. Bad experience, this is my last time at this restaurant.
