My friend and I had a nightmare meal at this restaurant. We endured an interminable wait of more than 2.5 hours while the fast food restaurant was far from full. Ignored, in the heat of the day, we witnessed a staggering spectacle of disorganization. Each order seemed like an insurmountable ordeal for the staff, with repeated mistakes, forgotten dishes, and an endless wait for a simple burger. Customers became increasingly impatient, seeing their dishes ready to cool on the counter, unable to be served by overwhelmed staff.

The servers remained completely inactive and had unacceptable behavior by disrespecting us. Some did absolutely nothing, others laughed among themselves or sang in the middle of service, indifferent to the customers who were desperately waiting for their burger.

Faced with this surreal situation, our impatience grew, especially as the responses to questions about the status of our orders were rude and aggressive. There was a blatant lack of respect for customers who were paying for non-existent service.

To top it all off, our polite request for ketchup was met with the arrival of a waitress who emptied an entire pack containing over a hundred sachets onto our table! Some customers had bags in their hands. Grotesque scenes like this were repeated throughout the day. But the worst was yet to come: the quality of the food was deplorable. The fries, barely cooked, were inedible. The burgers, overpriced ($30 minimum per menu!), were nothing exceptional. No one was able to finish their plate.

The height of absurdity was that our sandwiches were thrown away because they were forbidden in the park. We were therefore forced to eat a makeshift meal in this so-called restaurant. A complete waste of our time and money!

Flee this place at all costs! If you're looking for good service, decent food and a modicum of respect, never go here! This is the worst dining experience I have ever had. Unless it’s a surprise surprise sketch… – Absolutely avoid!

Ok so the new Dino theme is cool but man did it take a long time. They couldn't apply our pass holder discount, they took forever to take the order and then it took sooo long to get the food. food was just sitting in the heaters and people were waiting it was crazy. The staff had no send of urgency or pep to try and get things done faster. They need better training and more motivating management team I think. It's unfortunate because we are forced to eat the food at the park (can't bring our lunches) and this is what we are stuck with, over priced fast food that we waste over an hour waiting for ...

We had to wait 1 HOUR in line while the workers were moving as slow as snails! Then we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for four burgers that each take 1 minute to make???? The food wasnt even good and definitely was NOT worth the wait! Do not go here! It took us longer to get food than to get on a roller-coaster?!?!?!?! Absolutely will not eat here again
