Bagel was yummy, we had the brie and turkey. Yummy, but $15 for sparse fillings on s bagel seems very over-priced. Yummy, not worth what they charge. At least double the meat for that price :)

La Fabrique de Bagel de Montréal at Balfour is everything you want in a neighborhood bagel shop. The bagels are fresh, warm, and perfectly chewy with that signature Montréal-style flavor. I had a sesame bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese, red onion, and capers, and it was absolutely perfect — fresh ingredients and generous portions. The staff were super welcoming and helpful, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. There’s something really comforting about walking into a place that smells like fresh-baked bagels and coffee — it just feels right.
