Cute little bakery (egg tarts, char siu baos, butter rolls but not in the regular knot shape, buns with red bean paste or coconut etc). They are pretty tasty, buns seem to be made from like a milk bread recipe, they're fresh and reasonably priced at around 2$ each, egg tarts were 6 for 7$. You grab a tray and a set of tongs and basically choose what you want out of the displays and go pay at the cash.
Parking: If you go on the weekend expect it to be difficult to park because there's a dimsum restaurant and an Asian grocery store that share the parking spaces.

Awesome baked goods ! I really liked the red bean brioche. I just wish they can add the apple pay / google pay option. It will be very helpful.

The products of this place are correct but the staff really has a detestable, execrable attitude, as if the customers bother them every time, not to mention this insistence that we pay cash (even though it is indicated that we can pay credit/interac). Fortunately, there are other businesses that sell the same type of product in the surrounding area and where the customer is treated more respectfully. We're going somewhere else. Damage!
Came in box that don't seem sanitary, and shorted 1/2 a dozen from order. Not worth the 15$ to come back as not certain of cleanliness, should have trusted the reviews. At least the food was good.

Their egg tarts are delicious! It's more delicious than the one in T&T, and it's very popular. It's sold out when I go to Wan Lat.

everything looks so yummy in this place, it is a treat for all your senses... I stopped to grab a cup of tea and it was impossible to get what I was looking for, despite the people serving me were very nice, it was very difficult to communicate with them. I understand the language barrier, it is just sad that I couldn't get more information on their products and what they were made of... other than that I left with a succulent Tea with honey and ginger, which made made day.

Delicious red bean, coconut, and cocktail buns! I also custom-order red bean pastries (without the egg in the center), and they're fantastic. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, in my experience.

But Sunday 5th November (Today) I went there and there was this lady she was rude I asked her for a bubble tea she asked me what flavour I told her what I wanted she stand there doing nothing I told her hurry she said wait with attitude I told her she’s rude she said WHAT I said yeah ur rude she rolls her eyes and does the bubble tea I try to pay she said no cards but when I was with that other girl she let me pay with my card I will never in my life go there again. On Sunday November 5, 2023 I came to this place, the lady was very rude to me.
Firstly, when I arrived she was placing rolls in the oven, I waited for her, because I understand that she is alone and has things to do, but my waiting time was not reasonable, she behaved like I wasn't there.
I look at her, and she tells me that she is busy... Once finished, I tell her that I want 3 bubble teas and that I would pay with my debit card, she asks me to leave the store ???? She tells me if I don't have a credit card or cash, I have to leave, that she can't do anything for me. However, a week ago, I came and was served by a very kind and respectful person. I have never had such terrible service! I am boycotting this place, because I see several reviews from customers who have experienced the same thing as me without any change.
Customer service is not a priority for them just to make money and that's a shame!
HORRIBLE experience!
