This place used to be dope 15 years ago. Now not much of a selection of specialty goods like before. Seems a bit run down. The food looked tired.

Chocolate product looked like it had melted and solidified a few too many times. I get the charm of the place and would consider going again for charcuterie and cheese, but this is not great

The difference between hired help and entrepreneur led. The owner Paul is amazing. Hands on. The type of place that used to be normal in the 50’s and 60’s. I wish more places remained old school. Customers and employees love him. Thank you Paul for staying true to your merchant class. Wishing you continued success.

Old school market grocery. Fabulous food from around the world and met the owner who was not only handsome but very hospitable. To capture the local flavor, this is a must stop on your way to the famous Schwartz’s!

I love this place, as a special individual, I find so much joy in seeing the tons of jarred fish, tin fish, fermented fish, fresh fish, frozen fish and dried fish a store may offer. The sweets, bulks of coffee beans and fresh italian sandwiches are also incredible, I guess...

This store carries a great selection of deli cheeses and smoked meats along with a lot of European food products.
You can smell the coffee once you step into the place.
Great friendly service. I got there late in the day & saw their takeout food was almost sold out. I bought a drink and a snack.
