Lakshana's Chettinad Indian Restaurant

I visited today, but I didn’t like the attitude of the girl at the counter. She didn’t even speak to me properly and behaved as if I owed her something. However, the food was really good, and I truly appreciate the chef’s hard work.

Last month I visited there with family .Such a wonderful experience .
Love the hospitality. They gave me Thirupathi laddu as a token of love. Very much impressed .

I accidentally came upon this place while looking for another restaurant. So glad to discover this place. I had the vegetarian vegetable curry with garlic naan as suggested by my server after telling her that I didn’t want something too spicy. It was full of deliciously prepared green beans, peppers, broccoli, green peas with herbs and spices and cooked perfectly. I ordered the chai to finish this nourishing lunch. It’s a must try. They also have crispy dosas and both vegetarian and non veg options.

Food was good. Ambience was nice there was parking at the back. Overall good restaurant experience with good food. We tried Dosa, Uttapum and rose milk. They help with customization as well.

Delicious food. Great atmosphere.

We have visited today for lunch and services was excellent and delicious. Briyani and South Indian thali is very authentic flavour. We went during their lunch break. Still they permitted us and we had wonderful lunch.

Edit-We visited this place for the second time during our trip because we liked the food so much, and the consistency was really impressive. The chicken biryani tasted exactly the same as our first visit, with no change in quality or flavour. We specifically requested the paneer sabji in the North Indian thali to be a little spicy and it turned out to be really tasty.

First review- The owner was very friendly and helpful. He even helped us find a parking spot behind the hotel, which we really appreciated.

We ordered chicken biryani, Chettinad chicken chukka, North Indian thali, and veg fried rice with Gobi Manchurian. The chicken biryani was really good, and the Chettinad chicken chukka was excellent. Both chicken items were the highlights of the meal.

The Gobi Manchurian and paneer butter masala in the North Indian thali were a little on the sweeter side for our taste, but still decent.

The food and service were good, and the overall experience was pleasant.
