The main services are handled in-house, and outside vendors are recommended for additional needs.
There were some minor issues with communication during the planning process due to staff changes, resulting in some details being lost in transition. Closer to the wedding date, it was difficult to get direct answers regarding day-of details via email, and staff seemed unreachable or unable to schedule phone meetings. The DJ, an outside company used by L'Ambroisie, was not of the highest quality.
Despite these minor issues, the reviewers were overall very happy with their decision to have their wedding at L'Ambroisie and would recommend it to others.
