Highly recommend this excellent GF bakery! My daughter and I were visiting from the U.S. and tried a bunch of items. We haven’t had such delicious croissants since we were diagnosed with Celiac—the taste and texture were amazing. We brought a bunch of the half-baked croissants home with us and they were just as good. Will absolutely return next time we are in Montreal!

Not just the food (which was the best I've tasted in 20+ years with my Celiac diagnosis!), but the people who served it .. Everything about our experience at Le Marquis Signature Santé was delicious. We felt welcomed and, then, welcomed back when we returned for a second meal. The warmth of this shoppe reaches from the greeting as you walk in the door to the melt-in-your mouth croissant pastry on our sandwiches. It will be a staple for every visit to Montreal!!

A real gem for gluten-free lovers! At the Marquis, I was finally able to enjoy delicious gluten-free pastries, cakes and crepes. Everything was soft, tasty and the welcome was warm.

The absolute best gluten free bakery and Cafe. Everything is gluten free, and they have croissants, normal, almond and chocolate that are frozen and delicious. Hot chocolate is thick and rich.

Le Marquis is always a favorite. They have amazing gluten free treats, including croissants!! Go for a nice lunch and grab the half baked croissants to bring a wonderful treat home!

Absolutely delicious food as well as kind and attentive service. I have celiac and have not had a real croissant in easily 20 years. I honestly wanted to cry tasting my breakfast here. The croissant was perfect. We also tried the pain au chocolat and amandine, equally delicious, as well as a caramel crêpe. My gluten-eating spouse confirmed that these are indistinguishable from the gluten version.

The service was pleasantly unhurried; the gentleman who served us took the time to take us through all the offerings and make recommendations. My fellow celiacs will understand when I say this was the highlight for me of a wonderful trip to Montreal. This is a must-visit for anyone who eats gluten-free.

Incredible!! So delicious! And tons of options. My celiac daughter asked if we could move to Canada just so we could visit her often. We ate Sandwiches, croissants, pastries, and crepes. The Owner and Chef was very knowledgeable. I have a dairy allergy and he had dairy free cheese and chocolate options for the crepes. Also many of the pastries were dairy free. We ended up buying frozen croissants to have later and bought extra sandwiches to go. The Chef said it took him three months to perfect his crepes until he was happy. And it shows they were the best we have ever had. This is a MUST visit!
