Fabulous fabulous fabulous. Made a reservation for 2 and brought our own wine (no fee for corkage, be sure to bring your own though bc they don’t sell wine). It’s a set menu so you get ~4 courses included and the prices range from $55-67. They were out of the soup for starter so we had to pick salad, it was fine. The salmon tartar was amazing but the beef profiteroles were meh. For our main plates we got the lamb chops and bison steak - both a 10/10, amazing. The crème brûlée...
Le Pégase is a great spot for French food! The portions are huge, so you definitely get your money’s worth. They have some really unique sauce combinations that make the dishes stand out. From appetiser to dessert!
The lamb rack was amazing—crispy on the outside, super tender and juicy inside. Easily one of the best I’ve had!
