Le Violon Reviews
Excellent service and amazing food experience
Would give this a meh. Codfish dish was boring and everything overpriced
An extremely friendly place for solo diner. They were quite accommodating and offered half portion choices for all the appetizers and gnocchi dish. I enjoyed every single bite, from the corn chanterelles to the stuffed morels. The Pullman bun with green butter was very delicious and satisfying! I wish they have better lighting at the bar!

Le Violon offers a wonderful dining experience with attentive and thoughtful staff. Guests have praised the delicious mocktails and enjoyed the entrees, with a particular highlight being the gnocchi. The restaurant is noted for its fresh and savory ingredients, offering a delightful mix of flavors in every plate.
Located in the heart of Le Plateau, Le Violon features a next-gen bistro design. The staff is super friendly, and the place is lively, even with late reservations. The menu and wine list are concise yet well-considered, presenting a "classic with a twist" take on bistro fare. While some dishes were good, one specific plate, the guinea fowl, stood out. The restaurant has a very lively vibe, though it can be quite loud.
