I am a regular customer, but it has now been 3 times that I have come at the indicated times and found the restaurant closed, without explanation or notice. Please display your closures so that your customers avoid traveling for nothing.

I've loved this poke station for a long time to the point of having become a weekly customer, except that I'm frustrated, 3 damn mistakes the 1st was a mistake I had pineapple in a salmon poke, another order s was another salmon poke I specify I only want sweetbread not lettuce, I have 0 rice and lots of lettuce and 3rd error, today I am going back to your place and I ask for a salmon poke 0 lettuce just rice, I only get lettuce with rice, what don't I understand in what I'm asking for so simple, I have plenty of it Q you lose me forever I will go to your competitors right in front of YOU.

We arrived at 6:35 p.m. to pick up our order which was supposed to be ready at 6:30 p.m. Our order was not ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes. Additionally, my poke was extremely salty which won the taste

I am a regular customer of this restaurant and I have always found it to be good, generous and fresh. Today, September 29, I go to take my order and it smells like fish that isn't fresh in the restaurant. I already find it suspicious but as I'm a regular I tell myself that "shit happens" and that maybe it's nothing . Sama poke is bland and tastes old. Marinated tuna is dry and has a “pre-chewed” texture, which is not usually the case. I barely ate a third. $24 in the trash. I wonder if I'll go back. Really unfortunate. I agree with others: the one in Sherbrooke is much better in terms of quality and freshness.
