Vegan croissants!! Yes please!! Large soy lattes with great tasting espresso! YES! And a place where you can work on your computer and not feel like you are taking seats from anybody. Really wonderful to have large comfortable tables, actually two rooms full. This is a great place I would probably come here every day if I lived here to drink my morning latte and work on my book. 5-star atmosphere not because it's such a beautiful place but for what it is, it is perfect.
This all vegan restaurant near McGill University is bright and cheery with friendly staff. We had delicious vegan pastries and yummy soy lattes. I took only one star off because the seating is mostly long tables. Ours was up against a wall making it a challenge to squeeze in among the many students working away on their laptops. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
I’ve enjoyed all the drinks I’ve tried at Leaves — matcha, chai, london fog and lavender lemonade. They use high quality syrups & amazing macadamia milk, totally worth the extra 50 cents! I’m not a big fan of the scones, but the cookies and savoury options are quite good! They get food from Ohana Sushi freshly made there, I can 100% recommend the spring rolls :)
