Les Soeurs Grises - Bistro-Brasserie

Really nice brewery. It's a bit small so it can feel crammed when full but the staff are great. I ordered the mamgu beer with 8% alcohol. It was good but I did get a headache from it.

We made reservations expecting a great night, but this was hands-down one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. No greeting when we arrived, had to seat ourselves. Server took our drink order, then disappeared for nearly an hour — ignoring us completely, even walking past our table to go vape with some people who were sitting at the bar. By the time he returned, we were so frustrated that we just paid for the drinks and left hungry. Ended up resorting to Doordash because most kitchens were closed. Will never return.

The wait staff was so inattentive and were too busy mingling with one another to care about their jobs. We planned to have dinner there and gave up after 30 mins. Paid our bill and left. It was empty, so I wonder if because of the lack of customers, the servers thought it was a night to not work.

We had dinner on Saturday. Service absent. You had to run to get a drink and the restaurant was 3/4 empty. I have been sick for 2 days. Heartache and shit. I'm not the only one who had problems but I am the most affected
