Just went to L'Hamburger in Pierrfonds on Saint-Jean....
Every other place offering "smashburgers" in the area needs to come here and learn something.
I used to live in the US Midwest. The home of smashburgers. Since I moved back in 2006 I have had cravings for a proper smashburger. Every time the burger would be just not perfect.
