The place is very small, but it is nice to go there since the sun lights up the room. They do not sell lunches anymore sadly. The food is addicting, and they also sell goodies such as tote bags, shirts, and postal cards.

Just moved to Montreal and have been trying to find a few go to coffee spots. This spot definitely makes my list for sure. A very cute spot in my opinion, with a little area out front to sit down and enjoy your coffee too, which I have yet to do! The options of pastries was overwhelming (in a good way), and delicious. Prices are for their drinks are phenomenal too.

The most important element in any cafe is light. MÆSMi (still not sure how to pronounce that one) has it. Morning sunlight bathed a two-top at which my friend and I ate muffins and drank coffee. The seating was sparse, my muffin a little dry, but the conversation was anything but. And the second most important element at any cafe, coffee, fueled our discourse through everything from AI cults to economical animation. I was really impressed by the server's arrival with my cortado on a small wood plank, pairing it with sparkling water. Stay classy MÆSMi, stay classy. And maybe don't put out yesterday's muffins unless you offer to heat it through first.

Paid for a full croissant and got… this. The taste was good, and usually is, but this isn’t the first time I’ve got essentially half a pastry, and have paid full price.The coffee is decent, and the staff are friendly.

Went to the sidewalk sale on Masson today and saw this place as we walked back to our car. Decided to pop in and try something new and local. Got an iced Holycow oat milk latte with sugar, it was delicious! I've never had coffee like that before. It was odd but in a very good way. For sure pricey but worth every penny! Will be going back to get a bag of that blend to make at home.
